Grade 12 public school pupils in Abu Dhabi are taking part in reading, writing, vocabulary and grammar classes to prepare for the new English-language examination.
The preparation course for the exam, which is known as EmSat, is being offered to 2,400 state school pupils by the Abu Dhabi Education Council in partnership with UAE University and Higher Colleges of Technology from February 27 to March 2.
A second session will be held from March 6 to 9, and a final session from April 10 to 13.
The sessions will be held at universities’ campuses and offer 14 hours of training, including a mock examination.
