In the context of facilitating procedures for enrollment at Ain Shams University for expatriate students, Dr. Asim Abu El-Maati, director of international collaboration, technology transfer and innovation bureau to meet with Dr. Mohamed Samir Hamza, general director of missions and expatriates department at the Ministry of Higher Education to coordinate work between the Department of expatriates at the ministry and counterpart Office of International collaboration at University, which began with the beginning of the current academic year to provide services for students through outstanding and trained team work to facilitate the procedures of joining the university. The international collaboration bureau facilitates these procedures so that incoming students to submit their application via Internet when he is at home, and also get the result of university entrance acceptance certificate. Dr. Asim said that International collaboration bureau will receive expatriate student as soon as he arrived to the university to help in ending the necessary procedures and reviewing his papers and his passport, in cooperation with the departments that are concerned with graduate students in the university.
