Cairo - MENA

Scores of pro-Muslim Brotherhood students at Sadat University staged Monday protests on the campus demanding the return of ousted president Mohammad Morsi. The Faculty of Education students called for respect of what they called "legitimacy" and denounced the arrest of MB leaders. Menufiya Security Director Lt General Saeed Tawfiq said he received a report from Sadat Police Station that dozens of students staged protests inside the campus and then tried to go to streets of the city, causing public disturbance. They chanted anti-police and anti-army slogans, but residents managed to deter them by chasing them out of the streets
