Beni Suef University
Cairo - MENA

Beni Suef security forces entered Beni Suef University, upon the request of university's chief Ameen Lotfy, in order to disperse a protest staged by students of the Muslim Brotherhood (MB) group.
In the protest, the MB students used fireworks, which left a student and an administrative security officer injured.
The pair were critically injured and transferred to Beni Suef general hospital.
Also, dozens of students were slightly injured and there was no need to transfer them to the hospital.
Security forces managed to arrest seven students, who possessed fireworks.
The rest of the protesting students fled the scene
