President of the University of Bahrain (UoB) Dr. Ibrahim Mohammed Janahi will honour tomorrow Tuesday 123 outstanding students whose names have been listed on the scroll of honour during the first term of the academic year 2012-2013. The honouring ceremony will be held at 4 pm in Shaikh Abdulaziz Hall at the university's campus, in Sakhir. Students Affairs Dean Dr. Adnan Al Timimi said four outstanding levels will be honoured, including 27 students who will be decorated with golden medals and presented with certificates of appreciation. Meanwhile, 13 students will receive silver medals and certificates of appreciation, 30 students will receive bronze medals and certificates of appreciation too and 53 students will only receive certificates of appreciation. Dr. Al Timimi added that preparations are in full swing to hold the honouring ceremony, pointing out that the Students Affairs Deanship is used to putting large banners in the lobby of the university's administration with the names of the students on the scroll of honour, their photos, cumulative grades and academic disciplines.
