Iranian outgoing President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad will open a non-profitable university after he leaves the office, semi-official Mehr news agency reported on Saturday. Iran's Supreme Council of Cultural Revolution has agreed with Ahmadinejad's request to open a university in Tehran for post- graduate studies, said Mohammad-Hossein Yadegari, a member of the Supreme Council of Cultural Revolution. Hassan Rouhani, who won the presidential election on June 14, will take office in early August to succeed Ahmadinejad who has been ruling Iran for eight years.
