Israeli forces detained on Tuesday two female teenagers in East Jerusalem and Hebron in the West Bank over alleged stab attempt.
In a statement Tuesday, Israeli police forces said a 16-year-old girl attempted to stab an Israeli personnel at Damascus Gate (Bab El Amoud) in the Old City.
The forces said they managed to contain the situation without any casualties. The girl is being interrogated.
In Hebron, Israeli forces detained a 13-year-old girl at the entrance of Karmei Tzur settlement, north of Hebron, over allegation that she had a knife.
