Four women were wounded when a shell was randomly fired at the Libyan city of Benghazi Tuesday night, a medical source told MENA.
They suffer light to medium injuries, said Fadia Barghathi, media official at Galaa Hospital in Benghazi.
They checked out of hospital after offering all necessary help, she added.
Benghazi has been the center of fighting between forces allied with Libya’s internationally recognized government and various militant groups, including Benghazi Revolutionaries' Shura Council militants.
Libya is sliding deeper into chaos as fighting between two main armed factions of former rebels and their political allies, who overthrew Gaddafi four years ago, have turned against each other.
