The Dubai Business Women Council, DBWC, has concluded a three-part interactive master class journey of self-discovery headed by leadership development coach Omar Ismail, MSc..
Speaking on the occasion, Dr. Raja Easa Saleh Al Gurg, President of the DBWC, said, "Our members and followers consist of very influential businesswomen based in Dubai who face any number of challenges on a daily basis. This series of programmes, led by the renowned Omar Ismail, sought to unlock the power and potential of each participant by providing a context and understanding of who they are being moment to moment in order to allow them to be more powerful in business and their personal lives. The response from those who attended has been extremely positive."
The previous two workshops in the series focused on Transactional Analysis Theory, improving interaction and approach with others, and Conflict Resolution. The series was held as part of DBWC’s on-going schedule of regular events which aim to provide empowerment, skill development and networking opportunities for members.
