A female student at the University of California, Los Angeles, was sexually assaulted on campus, police say. The student was assaulted at 2:20 a.m. Friday in a part of campus that used to be called "the rape trail," the Los Angeles Times reported. The woman was at the top of a flight of steps when the suspect called out to her, a UCLA police statement said. After a brief conversation, the man sexually assaulted her, the statement said. The student managed to get away and call police, who arrived at the scene after the man had fled. UCLA police said they are looking for a suspect described as white, 6 feet tall, 150 pounds and about 21 years old.
