Jordan will be hosting the Women Empowerment and Leadership Conference in Amman on November 26th.
According to Jordan News Agency, Petra, the two-day conference aims to strengthen and consolidate the abilities of women in the Arab region, and their participation in the national political, economic and social arenas, especially after the difficult conditions they experienced in the past in the Middle East and North Africa.
The conference will cover the success stories of Arab women in trade and economic participation, in addition to achievements of women in the West and the benefits accrued from that.
The important role played by women in supporting men to be successful and ensuring women's rights in health care and appropriate education in the countries of the region will be the other topics for discussion.
