The mother of a San Antonio man accused of killing his twin brother over $20 says he was acting in self defense. Tracy McJunkin gathered with other supporters at the Cadena Reeves Justice Center Wednesday, seeking to have the case against Anthony McJunkin, 21, dismissed, the San Antonio Express-News reported. "I just want to see justice prevail," Tracy McJunkin said. "It was self-defense. I know it was self defense." Anthony McJunkin has been in custody since August for the death of his brother, Branden McJunkin. The news report said the brothers had been fighting over $20 Anthony McJunkin believed his brother took from a friend. The fight turned physical and Anthony McJunkin shot Branden McJunkin. "Branden was beating him and beating him," Tracy McJunkin said of Anthony. "Anthony was in imminent danger."
