Svetlana Medvedev, wife of Russian President Dmitry Medvedev, will head a rally of blondes in Sochi on September 23-25, yuga.ru website reported on Wednesday. "Therefore, Svetlana Medvedev has the greatest chance of receiving the title "Blonde 2011," Kopylov added.
