His Majesty’s Personal Representative for Charity Work and Youth Affairs His Highness Shaikh Nasser bin Hamad Al-Khalifa has today extended a lifeline to an old woman living in a garage.
HH Shaikh Nasser, also Royal Charity Organisation (RCO) Board of Trustees’ Chairman, responded quickly to a video posted on social media websites, showing the old-aged woman who turned a garage into a living space with her family.
He stepped in immediately and directed to follow-up the case of the woman and her family and ensure them the means of decent living conditions. Following his directives, relevant authorities reached out to the family, pledging to take necessary measures to ensure them decent living.
