A Saudi girl who had escaped from Turkey to Georgia has been found.
An official source at the Saudi Embassy in Azerbaijan said the girl, who had accused her parents of torturing her and her brother, was traced and that she is in a place known to the family in Georgia, but the family has refused to receive her.
The source pointed to the presence of the girl’s parents in Georgia, who do not want to go into the details. The 17-year-old girl was in Trabzon, northern Turkey, with her family as a tourist.
She had claimed that her parents were forcing her to marry a 50-year-old man.
