An US woman was arrested after hiding inside a pink suitcase so she could meet her lover in an apartment complex she was banned from visiting. Kola McGrath, 50, was discovered by police in the closet of an apartment in Portland, Oregon, after a caller told police he saw a man kidnapping a woman and putting her in a suitcase, The Oregonian reported. Officers shared the description of the man with the building manager, and he said it could be Curtis Lowe, 52, who lived in one of the apartments. After searching the apartment, they found a pink suitcase and McGrath inside the closet. The woman, described by police as 1.67m and 44kg, told officers she hid in the suitcase because she had been banned from the complex since April 2011. McGrath and Lowe were in a relationship, but she was banned after breaking a fire extinguisher case during an argument. She was arrested and booked into Multnomah County Jail on a trespassing count but was later released. Aisea Poulivaati, a worker at the complex, told the newspaper, 'I guess you could call it creative.'
