A 21-year-old Russian mother was found guilty of plotting to set a day-care facility on fire to avoid getting a job, officials said. The woman was given a 19-month suspended sentence after being found guilty on Friday of inciting a minor to commit a crime and deliberately destroy property, RIA Novosti reported. Prosecutors said the woman paid a 17-year-old girl about $66 to set the only day-care in their town on fire, K1News reported. The woman had recently gotten into an argument with her husband who wanted her to put their son in day-care and start looking for a job. The day-care was set ablaze on July 6, but was saved by a local resident who spotted the fire.
