A British man has appealed to David Cameron to help secure her release of his wife, who is being held in an Iranian jail.
Nazanin Zaghari-Ratcliffe, who has dual British-Iranian citizenship, was detained by the Iranian Revolutionary Guard on 3 April as she tried to return to the UK after visiting family.
According to her husband Richard, she has been separated from her 22-month-old daughter and has spent 36 days in solitary confinement.
Mr Ratcliffe has told Sky News he has no idea why she has been detained.
"There are no charges so far, so it's not at all clear what the problem is," he said.
"She works for a charity that does no work in Iran and has no connections with Iran."
She has been allowed to call her parents, but has not been given access to a lawyer or British consular staff.
A Foreign Office spokeswoman said: "We have been providing support to Mrs Zaghari-Ratcliffe's family since we were first informed of her arrest and will continue to do so."
Mr Ratcliffe launched an online petition to raise awareness of the case with the Prime Minister and Iran's Supreme Leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei.
It states: "Nazanin has informed her family that she has been required to sign a confession under duress, its content unknown.
"Her family have been informed that the investigation relates to an issue of 'national security'."
More than 3,000 people have already signed the petition.
