Experts have praised the Ministry of Labour's innovative developments used for archiving data, with the aim to information protection at different departments.
Ahmad Yousuf Al-Nasser, Director of the IT Dept. at the Ministry of Labour, said that the Ministry was able to overcome most technical challenges in preserving and archiving information by using advanced technologies in collaboration with strategic partners, a move that effectively contributed to increasing the level of customer confidence.
The Ministry received a prestigious souvenir for its outstanding performance by BMB Laserfiche Middle East in the presence of General Manager Samer Bebi and Sales Manager Maya Abu Joudeh.
Al-Nasser pointed out during the meeting, the basic measures of overcoming issue that could affect archiving important data in response to new technological developments, "To increase the effectiveness of our operations, the Ministry has adapted to new high-performance solutions using advanced technology by Laserfiche to manage all documents and data," he said.
Al Nasser said, "The Laserfiche technology has effectively improved our services' and managed to reduce data recovery, printing and storing costs. The system has many advantages, including the disposal of ineffective business operations, remove barriers of sharing information and encourages employees to use their time more efficiently. The system has an advantage in protecting archives reliably and securely, all that in a competitive environment, which has become a priority in achieving all of the ministry's tasks.”
