Got a thing for the cleanliness of All-in-One PCs at the home or office but haven’t found anything big and bold enough to tickle your fancy yet? – HP’s Z1 might be more your cup of tea with the company claiming it as the world’s first AIO “Workstation” positioned PC, boasting a 27-inch sized IPS panel with 2560 x 1440 resolution. The Z1 can be packed with workstation hardware including the use of a server class Xeon processor and NVIDIA Quadro graphics card. Not only that, there’s also space for up to two HDDs or SSDs and a dedicated bay ready for a slot-loading Blu-ray drive or otherwise. While this AIO system is far from the slimmest around, its chunkiness allows it to be more accessible and customizable in terms of the inner components with the display being able to snap open just like a lid, exposing the system’s four PCI-E slots (one being a full sized x16 slot), four memory slots and the HDD bays.Other standard features with the Z1 include a 2MP webcam, 802.11b/g/n WiFi, Bluetooth, a couple USB 3.0 ports, four USB 2.0 ports, a FireWire 400 port, Gigabit ethernet and DisplayPort (allowing for one external monitor).
