QE CEO Andre Went said, "I am pleased with the successful launch of the brokerage activities by Ahli Bank through its subsidiary. Having banks enter the market to provide brokerage services improves the quality of our market and the services we are able to provide to investors." Ahli Bank CEO Salah Murad said, "The financial services industry is expanding at an exponential pace in Qatar and we look forward to take part in and propel this growth. "Our customers will benefit from the accumulated experience in brokerage that Ahli Bank can bring to make this a successful venture.
