Technicians work on a ultra-high-voltage transmission tower in Shunyi District of Beijing, China, June 16, 2016. The construction of a Beijing East-Shunyi part of a 1000-kilovolt transmission line linking Xilin Gol, Beijing and Shandong was finished on Thursday. This line will reduce the coal consumption and carbon dioxide emission for Beijing.
