Abu Simbel temples mark anti-gender-based violence day

The Temples of Ramsis II and Nefertari in Abu Simbel were lighted in orange to mark the International Day for the Elimination of Violence against Women.
Orange events are organized to mark the UN campaign against gender-based violence.
The lighting lasted for one hour.
