Culture Minister Abdel Wahid el Nabawy said his ministry set a plan for establishing cultural centers in the deprived villages with total coat of 100 million pounds.
This will contribute to developing the talented youth, el Nabawy underscored, adding that the development work in Shebin el Koum cultural center, which will be finished in October, cost 30 million pounds.
The minister's remark came during a visit to Menofiya governorate on Monday.
El Nabawy was accompanied by Menofiya Governor Hisham Abdel Basset during his inspection tour to Cairo International Book Fair in Shebin el Koum hosted by the governorate during the period between June 4 to 14.
The minister also attended inauguration ceremony of administrative building in Shebin el Koum Cultural Palace and honoring number of cultural figures.
