The Egyptian defense office in France has organized a ceremony to mark the 41st anniversary of the October War victory.
Defense attache Naga Khalil told attendees Monday night October 6 will always be a date to remember and a symbol of victory in Egypt's contemporary history.
Attending the ceremony were Egyptian Ambassador in Paris Ehab Badawy, Egyptian Consul in Paris Sirinad Gamal and Egyptian Consul in Marseille Tareq Youssef.
Veteran Egyptian actor Mahmoud Abdel-Aziz was also present.
Arab and foreign ambassadors to France also took part in the ceremony.
