Prague International Book Fair selected Egypt as the guest of honor of event, which is due on May 13-17.
A big Egyptian delegation of the General Egyptian Book Organization will participate in the event.
Egypt’s Ambassador in Czech Amani Fahmi asserted in a press conference Thursday that the Egyptian civilization has affected Europe and the world as a whole in spite of all the drastic economic and political changes that took place in Egypt in the recent years.
The executive director of the event said that it is an honor to choose Egypt as guest of honor in this important European event.
She said that the activities of the event are to cover the Egyptian culture.
