Egyptian cultural attache in Nigeria Ahmed el Thaqby asked on Sunday an Adviser to Emir of Kano State Professor Isa Hashim to consider the a request by the Egyptian cultural center members to pay a friendly visit to the State emir, Muhammad Sunusi.
The request was made after the Egyptian cultural center sent some of its Arab publications and Al Azhar magazine to the Emir.
Speaking to MENA, el Thaqby said that the Kano's state council hailed efforts of the Egyptian cultural center and services it offers to Nigerians.
The Egyptian cultural attache added that Hashim handed him a request by the Emir urging the Egyptian cultural center to help his family members get entry visas for treatment in Egypt.
