Egypt's culture, local development ministers to sign cooperation deal
Culture Minister Gaber Asfour and Local Development Minister Adel Labib

Culture Minister Gaber Asfour and Local Development Minister Adel Labib will sign Thursday a memorandum of understanding within the framework of activating the culture mechanism of the state.
The MoU will be announced in a press conference held at the Supreme Council of Culture.
The new Egyptian culture mechanism aims to promote values of modern, democratic and civil state's.
