The "Liberté" Theatre in Toulon, France, is playing host, on October 12-22, to a cultural event in tribute to the Tunisian Revolution with a programme involving visual arts, dancing, films and debates. The programme includes an exhibition entitled "Dégage" (get out) with the participation of twelve Tunisian photographers, exhibiting a selection of their photos which cover memorable moments of the fall of the former regime in Tunisia. An arts show by Nawel Skandrani (dancing and choreography) and Jawhar Basti (guitar and composition) is also scheduled. Several feature and short films and documentaries on the Tunisian Revolution and contemporary society will be screened on the occasion. A conference-debate on "Repression and Forms of Resistance in Tunisia under Ben Ali's Regime" and a symposium on the theme of: "Challenges of Democratic Construction and Prospects for Tunisia" are also on the agenda.
