The series include popular tales and myths, which are characterized by the quality of performance and clarity of sound along with entertaining expressive effects and music. This move comes in line with the goals and values that Kalima, the leading translation project in the Arab World, set out for itself since its inception. Kalima saw that the audio should be exploited to the service of translated books in order to promote them and facilitate the process of reading and increase the percentage of the number of readers, especially for those who do not have time to read due to their other daily commitments. These audio books come with distinct, clear and accurate voices in terms of their pronunciation and composition, which helps listeners to strengthen, develop their language and expand the literary horizons. The 22 CDs which have so far been issued for this series are: Folk tales from Japan, Brazil, Turkey, Serbia, England, Iceland, Italy, China, Korea, Ireland, India, France, Russia, The Netherlands, Bengal, Denmark, Georgia, Canada and the Czech Republic and Roma’s folk tales, Slavic folk tales, and folk tales of American Indians.
