Qatar, Argentina discuss ratification

Qatar and Argentina exchanged on Wednesday at the Foreign Ministry headquarters Instruments of Ratification of the agreement signed between the two countries' governments in Doha on January 18, 2011 on cultural cooperation. The minutes of the exchange of the ratification instruments were signed by HE Director of American Affairs Department Ambassador Zayed bin Rashid Al Nuaimi on behalf of the government of Qatar, and by HE Argentina's Ambassador to Qatar Ruben Eduardo Caro on behalf of the government of Argentina. The agreement will enter into force under the provisions of article No. (10) of the agreement.
