Qatar News Agency (QNA), represented by "QNA the Child" website, will participate in the 22nd Doha International Book Fair, set to open on December 12-22. The participation comes as part of QNA's contribution to a huge cultural and national event as it coincides with the celebration of "QNA the Child" anniversary of its inauguration. "QNA the Child" website is aimed through this participation to expand regionally and globally as the first specialized children website in the region. Among the activities to be provided by the website during the event, refresher activities presented by the site's beloved characters 'Fahad and Mariam'. The website also includes an electronic competition on the occasion of the country's National Day and several artistic and educational activities. In addition, a number of souvenirs and prizes will be distributed to the visitors and winners. QNA the Child website, through its participation in the exhibition, will attract children to join the list for young reporters to transfer their schools' news and events throughout the year as well as to encourage them to engage in the journalistic work.
