Tourist delegation visits museum of Egyptian civilisation

A delegation of tourism experts and tour guides Tuesday visited the National Museum of Egyptian Civilization in Fustat.
The visit aimed at promoting the museum at the local and international levels, said Motaz el Hosseini, the media official at the museum.
Egypt is seeking to have the National Museum of Egyptian Civilization placed on the map of international tourism, Hosseini added.
The museum is built over an area of 130,000 square meters and includes 50,000 artifacts of different ages, Hosseini said.
