His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince, Deputy Supreme Commander and First Deputy Prime Minister today received the Sudanese Ambassador to the Kingdom of Bahrain, Abdulrahman Khalil Ahmed, to mark the end of the Ambassador’s tenure in the Kingdom.
During the meeting, which took place at Riffa Palace, His Royal Highness highlighted ongoing cooperation and collaboration between Bahrain and Sudan across different areas, and noted that both countries will continue to explore ways in which to grow bilateral cooperation
His Royal Highness went on to recognise the role played by the ambassador in supporting Bahrain-Sudan relations, and wished him luck in his future endeavours
The ambassador highlighted Sudan’s eagerness to advance relations with the Kingdom of Bahrain. He went on to say that Bahrain will continue to see further prosperity and development under the leadership of His Majesty King Hamad
The meeting included ranging discussions on international and regional developments, as well as other issues of mutual interest.
