Planning Minister Hala Saeed stressed on Wednesday that Egypt and France seek to enhance cooperation in planning and administrative reform domains.
France is one of Egypt's strong supporters and it ranks sixth in terms of Egypt's foreign investors with 150 companies operating in the Egyptian market till 2016, the minister said in a statement ahead of her meeting with French Ambassador to Egypt Andre Parant.
Cooperation between Egypt and France, which covers transport and food industries, should be expanded to include other spheres like planning, new city landscaping, renewable energy and power production and distribution, she added.
She lauded administrative development in French government sectors.
