The Trade and Industry Ministry is studying to establish a complex of small industries in the New Valley governorate, southwestern Egypt.
Tareq Qabil, the minister, said the New Valley has many promising investment opportunities and potentials to attract Egyptian and foreign businesses.
In a meeting with governor of the New Valley Mohamed el Zamalout, Qabil discussed ways to coordinate efforts between his Ministry and the New Valley city hall to implement development projects there.
Such projects would sure contribute to creating jobs for youth of the New Valley, the minister noted.
Resources of the governorate would also be put into best use, Qabil told Zamalout.
