Prime Minister Sherif Ismail met Monday with Planning Minister Ashraf el Araby to revise details of the ministry's plans and objectives to be presented to the newly-elected House of Representatives.
Ismail ordered drawing up economic stimulus policies for the least growing economic zones, while achieving social justice.
He also said that radical solutions have to be found to all problems and moves have to be taken as soon as possible for the optimum use of state-owned assets through settling financial disputes and listing untapped assets.
In this regard, the premier pointed out to executive steps taken for the establishment of the sovereign wealth fund “Amlak” to be the state's institutional and sustainable tool to settle financial disputes, use untapped assets and boost economic activities in different sectors.
The meeting also took up efforts to enforce the new civil service law and its executive regulation regarding youth training and human cadre qualification.
For his part, Araby expounded on the general features of the ministry's activities in the coming period under the 2030 sustainable development strategy.
