Tourism Minister Khalid Ramy
Cairo - MENA

Tourism Minister Khalid Ramy held a meeting Thursday with German Chargé d'affaires in Cairo Christoph Retzlaff to discuss cooperation and security measures adopted by the Egyptian government to secure tourists.

Also, they discussed efforts to maintain security of historic sites and a campaign which is planned to be launched in September to promote tourist destinations in Egypt.

The campaign is expected to include ads in various international media platforms to push tourist arrivals up.
