His Highness Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani, Emir of the State of Qatar received in his residence place in the Dead Sea in Jordan today His Highness Sayyid Asa'ad bin Tariq bin Taimour Al Said, Deputy Prime Minister for International Relations and Cooperation Affairs and Personal Representative of His Majesty the Sultan.
During the meeting, Sayyid Asa'ad conveyed greetings of His Majesty Sultan Qaboos bin Said along with best wishes of good health and wellbeing to Sheikh Tamim and the brotherly Qatari people progress and prosperity.
On his turn, Sheikh Tamim asked Sayyid Asa'ad to convey his greetings and best wishes to His Majesty the Sultan and the Omani people progress and growth.
During the meeting, the march of fraternal relations between the two brotherly countries and avenues of bilateral cooperation were reviewed, in addition to the topics listed on the agenda of the 28th Arab Summit.
The meeting was attended by Yousuf bin Alawi bin Abdullah, Minister Responsible for Foreign Affairs, Dr. Abdullah bin Mohammed Al Sa'eedi, Minister of Legal Affairs, Dr. Fu'ad bin Ja'afar Al Sagwani, Minister of Agriculture and Fisheries, Khalifa bin Hamad Al Badi, Adviser at the Office of Deputy Prime Minister for International Relations and Cooperation Affairs and Personal Representative of His Majesty the Sultan, Saif bin Ahmed Al Sawafi, Adviser at the Office of the Deputy Prime Minister for International Relations and Cooperation Affairs and Personal Representative of His Majesty the Sultan and Qatari officials.
