The Legislative Reform Committee kicked off a meeting Tuesday to discuss draft laws introduced by sub-committees.
Minister of Parliamentary Affairs Ibrahim Heneidy chaired the meeting on behalf of Prime Minister Ibrahim Mahlab.
Ministers of finance, youth and sports, local development, and environment attended the meeting.
The meeting's agenda included draft laws on investment guarantees and incentives, taxation, customer protection and companies' law.
Also, they would discuss amendments suggested on laws of the academy of arts, youth and sports and the unified law of the Nile River.
Representatives from the Ministry of Defense and the Ministry of Interior take part in the meeting for the first time.
