King Abdullah II of Jordan met on Wednesday with the Leader of the Parliamentary Group of the Christian Democratic Union in the German Bundestag Volker Kauder and his accompanying delegation who are currently on a visit to Amman as part of a tour of the region.
During the meeting, which tackled regional and international issues, King Abdullah stressed the importance of integrated coordination among different countries to achieve peace and strengthen security and stability in the region.
The meeting also reviewed challenges in countries of the region, particularly efforts to achieve peace and establish a Palestinian state, as well as ways to solve the Syrian crisis and the situation in Iraq and Yemen, Jordanian News Agency (Petra) reported.
