Egypt's Prime Minister Ibrahim Mahlab is scheduled Monday to witness the signing on a protocol to establish an Egyptian 100,000-square meter pharmaceutical factory in the new economic capital of Equatorial Guinea.
The factory will meet market needs in Equatorial Guinea and west Africa countries.
The project will be established by Egyptian expertise and workers through Arab Contractors and Egyptian doctors will be hired in it.
During his two-day visit, Mahlab will convoy a message from President Abdel Fattah El Sisi to his Guinean counterpart Teodoro Obiang Nguema over promoting bilateral relations, increasing the volume of trade and investment, establishing joint projects and expressing Egypt's readiness to cooperate with Equatorial Guinea in development areas.
Sisi will also invite his Guinean counterpart to attend the opening ceremony of the new Suez Canal, slated for August 6.
Mahlab will also deliver Egypt's speech at a conference on Ebola and will meet with the Egyptian community in Equatorial Guinea.
