Defence Affairs Minister Lt-General Yousef bin Ahmed Al Jalahma today received Captain Abdulaziz Ahmed Al-Binal who presented to the minister a copy of his doctoral dissertation on political science themed "Oil policies and privatisation decisions' from Claremont Graduate University, USA.
The minister congratulated Al-Binali on his PhD achievement, wishing him continuous success.
