Moroccan Minister of Foreign Affairs and Cooperation Salaheddine Mezouar had talks on Wednesday with UN Special Envoy for Yemen Ismail Ould Cheikh Ahmed.
A statement issued by the Foreign Ministry on Wednesday said the meeting tackled the latest developments in Yemen's file and efforts to deal with humanitarian, political and military developments in the war-torn country.
Houthi militants captured the Yemeni capital Sanaa in September 2014 and in March 2015, the Saudi-led coalition started an extensive air campaign in support of the internationally-recognized government led by President Abd Rabbo Mansour Hady.
