Palestinian president meets Norwegian FM

Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas received Wednesday Norwegian Foreign Minister Borge Brende, where he updated him with latest political developments.

Abbas stressed the importance of a donor conference that will be held later this month in Norway and the Norwegian significant role in rendering this event successful to support the Palestinians.

The Palestinian president highlighted the necessity of achieving pledges of a former donor conference, held in Sharm el-Sheikh to alleviate the suffering of Gazans, especially those whose homes were demolished during the latest Israeli aggression.
