His Royal Highness Prime Minister Prince Khalifa bin Salman Al Khalifa called to avail of the good relation between the executive and legislative branches to achieve citizens' aspirations for a more prosperous life. He stressed the need for all to overcome differences and work for an ultimate goal which is the growth of the nation.
HRH the Premier was speaking as he received at Gudaibiya Palace today Shura Council Chairman Ali bin Saleh Al Saleh and members of the Shura and Representatives Councils, in the presence of former Representatives Council Speaker Khalifa bin Ahmed Al Dhahrani.
HRH the Prime Minister called to preserve the one-family spirit in the Bahraini society and hold on to authentic values that have ever characterized the Bahraini community. He said the Bahraini people enjoy the respect of friendly and brotherly countries for their awareness and keenness to serve the nation with utmost dedication.
HRH the Premier emphasised the need to preserve the Bahraini people's good reputation at the regional and international level, urging to focus efforts on national growth and welfare despite all challenges. He also underscored the need to bolster cooperation between the executive and legislative branches in order to serve the public interest and fast-track development.
HRH the Prime Minister spotlighted GCC issues and commended the pivotal role of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, spearheaded by Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, in supporting Arab and Islamic issues and boosting GCC cooperation.
