The preparatory meetings of the third meeting of the Egyptian-Saudi Coordination Council kicked off here on Sunday at the senior officials' level.
The meeting, which will be held at the ministers' level, will take place on Monday while the closing meeting will be held on Tuesday.
In statements to MENA, Egypt's Ambassador in Riyadh Nasser Hamdy said that the Egyptian ministers who will attend the third meeting of the Egyptian-Saudi Coordination Council will start to arrive here today evening.
The Egyptian-Saudi Coordination Council meeting will be chaired by Egypt's International Cooperation Minister Sahar Nasr and Saudi State Minister member of the cabinet Essam bin Saeed, said the ambassador.
The Egyptian delegation participating in the meetings includes the ministers of housing, education, culture, transportation, agriculture, manpower, electricity and the head of the Egyptian Radio and Television Union, he added.
Two months ago, Cairo and Riyadh signed an agreement to establish the Egyptian-Saudi Coordination Council to oversee the implementation of protocols and memorandums of understandings between both countries.
