Jordanian Prime Minister Abdullah Ensour met here Sunday with UN Secretary-General Ban Ki-Moon and President World Bank Group Jim Yong Kim.
The UN Secretary-General expressed his appreciation for Jordan's position regarding developments in the Middle-East. He also expressed his understanding of the pressure Jordan is facing in terms of hosting refugees, with Syrian refugees being the latest wave.
He expressed his hope that Jordan would play an active role in the UN Climate Summit in New York.
