HE Qatar's Ambassador to the United Kingdom Yousef bin Ali Al Khater met today at Qatar's Embassy with the Scottish minister for external affairs and international development Humza Yousaf.
Both sides reviewed bilateral cooperation between the two friendly countries in addition to issues of common concern.
