The meetings of the 57th session of the Executive Bureau of the Arab Transport Ministers Council, led by Egyptian Transportation Minister Galal Said, will be held on Monday at the Arab Academy for Science and Technology and Maritime Transport in Alexandria.
In statements on Sunday, Said said that the bureau will discuss a number of important issues and raise the meetings' outcome to the Arab Transport Ministers Council in order to foster Arab joint action in transportation sector.
Egypt is keen on boosting cooperation with all Arab countries in various transportation fields to reach a comprehensive and developed transportation system that links all Arab countries and serve all Arabs, he added.
The Arab Transport Ministers Council will be held on Tuesday and will be attended by the Arab transportation ministers as well as Assistant Secretary-General for Economic Affairs for the Arab League Mohammed Bin Ibrahim Al-Tuwaijri and representatives of Arab organizations and unions.
